(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Brett Michael Ciaccio, 35, of Malvern, was arrested Friday for OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
Heather Renee Plum, 31, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Friday on a warrant for Theft 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $2,000.
Justin Dean Miller, 41, of Lenox, was arrested Saturday for OWI 3rd, Driving While Revoked and Operating Without Interlock. Bond was set at $6,300.
