(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports five arrests.
Weston Jon Gustafson, 46, of Harlan, was arrested December 9th on an active Shelby County warrant.
Christopher James Petersen, 49, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on December 9th. Petersen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with criminal mischief, reckless driving, and stopping where prohibited.
Kevin James Kesselberg, 28, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on December 9th. Kesselberg was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with criminal mischief, reckless driving and stopping where prohibited.
Jack Andrew Brown, 27, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 10th. Brown was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated, carrying weapons, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance and failure to display license plate.
Hector Casanova Cantu, 48, of Manilla, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 13th. Cantu was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while barred.
