(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests and one citation.
Michael Mario Morelli, 56, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for a disturbance on November 2nd. Morelli was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with assault.
Alexander Archer Foster Gorka, 26, of Manilla, was cited for driving while suspended following a traffic stop on November 6th.
Ashlen Marie Rutherford, 28, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on November 7th. Rutherford was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with domestic abuse assault and false imprisonment.
