Adair County Sheriff’s Report

(Adair Co.) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports Austin Jacob Baudler, 27, of Sugar Land, Texas, was cited and released on October 24^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

Geoffrey Laverne McBurney, 34, of Norwalk, was arrested October 28^th on a warrant for Driving While Barred. McBurney was released on his own recognizance.

Kimberly Ann Werner, 38, of Osceola, was cited and released on October 29^th for OWI 1^st Offense and Reckless Driving.

Annette Rae Exman, 47, of Adair, was cited and released on October 29^th for Theft 5^th Degree.

Tresa Sue Slayton, 36, of Casey, was arrested on October 30^th on a Pottawattamie County warrant for Driving While Barred. Slayton was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
