(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports five arrests.
Albert Alexander Johnson, 35, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on October 19th. Johnson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while suspended, speeding, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, operating a non-registered vehicle and no proof of insurance.
Jamie Dean Anderson, 49, of Harlan, was arrested on October 19th on an active Jasper County warrant. Anderson was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Terri Jo Utterback, 64, of Harlan, was arrested following the execution of a search warrant on October 22nd. Utterback was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel Jon Kenkel, 32, of Harlan, was arrested on October 26th on active Shelby County warrants. Kenkel was transported to the Shelby County jail where he was charged with violation of a no contact order, harassment, possession of a controlled substance and prohibited acts.
Matthew Allen Strong, 26, of Harlan, was arrested on October 27th on an active Shelby County warrant. Strong was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
