(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Nicholas Barkley, 28, of Young, Arizona, on Tuesday for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,300.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Joshua Robert Stroud, 43, of Glenwood, on Wednesday for OWI 2nd. Bond was set at $2,000.
Colin Joseph Kingsley, 40, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant out of Council Bluffs for Failure to Appear and on a warrant out of Sarpy County, Nebraska for Felony Violation of Pre-Trial Release. Bond was set at $2,000.
