(Adams Co.) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reports Angel Valdovinos Rodriguez, 38, of Creston, was arrested following a traffic stop at Highway 34 and Quince Avenue on September 17th on two active warrants for Failure to Appear. Rodriguez was transported to the Adams/Union County line and released to Union County.
Benjamen Leroy Kirsch, 43, of Villisca, was arrested at the Montgomery/Adams County line on September 24th on three active warrants for Failure to Appear. Upon arriving to the Adams County Jail, Kirsch was charged with Interference with Official Acts. Kirsch was held on no bond until seeing a magistrate.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 1400 block of 260th Street in Nodaway on September 26th. Upon further investigation, a 17-year-old male received a juvenile referral for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. The minor was cleared by EMS and released to the custody of his parents.
