Supervisors Steve Green and Mark O’Brien both stated that if there is an entity that is interested in the building and they are going to properly take care if the facility then they should sell it. Steve Green also said that he is no longer interested in the County being in the farm ground rental business.
The Supervisors said this is not just a matter of selling a building; they want to make sure it goes into the right hands.
Steve Baier and Mark O’Brien did have plans to meet with an entity this morning possibly interested in the facility.
