(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests and one accident.
Shawn Glen Wolverton, 42, of Atlantic, was arrested September 15th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $2,000.
Mark David Clemmer, 53, of Glenwood, was arrested September 17th for Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent and Interference with Official Acts. He was held on no bond.
Timothy Wesley Ford, 47, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested September 18th on a US Marshal Warrant. He was held on no bond.
Shawna Marrie Watson, 27, of Glenwood, was arrested September 18th for Assault with Bodily Injury. Bond was set at $1,000.
Mariah Kay Bernita Swanson, 28, of Mead, Nebraska, was arrested September 19th for Controlled Substance Violation and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $6,000.
Richard Dean Weaver Jr., 51, of Creston, was arrested September 19th for Controlled Substance Violation and Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $7,000.
A Council Bluffs man was transported to the hospital following a single-vehicle accident in Mills County on September 16.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 32-year-old Nicholas Carlson was driving a 2008 Dodge in the area of 221st Street/Barrus Road and lost control, went down into the west ditch, over a culvert, striking a power pole and crashing into a residential yard. The vehicle struck two trees causing minor damage to one and splitting a second tree in half.
Carlson said he was not injured, but he was assessed and then transported by Silver City Fire and Rescue to a hospital.
