(Des Moines) The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Watch until 10:00 a.m. for Cass, Adams, Adair, Taylor, Ringgold, Union, and Dallas Counties.
Heavy rainfall of two to four inches is possible in the watch area. Local amounts of five inches will be possible, leading to localized flash flooding, especially in urban areas.
