Flash Flood Watch for Southwest Iowa

(Des Moines) The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for southwest Iowa from 1:00 a.m. Saturday through Saturday morning.

Heavy rainfall of two to four inches will be possible in the watch area. Local amounts to five inches will be possible. This could lead to localized flash flooding; especially in urban areas.
