(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year old Lucas Swanson of Stanton for OWI, 1st Offense. Deputies conducted the traffic stop at 270th and K Avenue, following a traffic complaint. Officers transported Swanson to the Montgomery County Jail. Swanson registered a blood alcohol level of .125. Authorities held him on a $1,000 bond. The Sheriff’s Office also cited Swanson for Possession of Alcohol by a person under the legal age.
