Cass County Sheriff’s Report

(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office Reports two arrests.

Reciever Berdon, 34, of Atlantic, was arrested May 14^th on charges of OWI 1^st offense.  Berdon was transported to Cass County Jail and was later released on his own recognizance.

Ryan Joel Castle, 37, of Griswold, was arrested May 17^th on two Cass County warrants for probation violations. Castle was transported from the Pottawattamie County Jail to the Cass County Jail where he is being held on $40,000 bond.
