Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Myron Lee Flathers, 59, of Anita, on May 2^nd on outstanding Cass County warrants. Flathers was taken to meet with Cass County Deputies.

Morgan Sebastian Lukenbill, 22, of Bridgewater, was arrested May 6^th on outstanding Dallas County warrants. Lukenbill was taken to meet with Dallas County Deputies.

Adam Timothy Foster, 36, of Dexter, was arrested May 7^th on outstanding Guthrie County warrants. Foster was taken to meet with Guthrie County Deputies.

Warren Logan Davis, 38, of Earlham, was cited and released on May 3^rd for Driving While Barred.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested Jeremy Paul Samstad, 38, of St. James, Minnesota, on May 5^th for Eluding. He was held in the Adair County Jail on $1,000 cash only bond.

Way Mu Htoo, 24, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 4^th on warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Offense and OWI 1^st Offense. He was held in the Adair County Jail on $2,000 cash only bond.
