(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested Carlos Rafael Lopez-Ruiz, 44, of Glenwood, on Wednesday for Sexual Assault and False Imprisonment. Lopez-Ruiz was held on no bond.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Daniel Edward Fitch, 25, of Omaha, Nebraska, on Wednesday for Driving While Revoked. Bond was set at $1,000.
