(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Christopher Sneed, 37, on March 24th following a traffic stop for a speed violation near Council Bluffs. The stop turned into a narcotics investigation and Sneed was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 2nd Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Savanna Kristine Housley, 18, on March 28th following a traffic stop at Missouri Avenue and Old Lincoln Highway near Crescent for a stop sign violation and rear brake light not functioning. Housley had a valid warrant through Council Bluffs. She was transported to corrections and turned over to jail staff without incident.
