(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs man was arrested following a brief pursuit in Pottawattamie County early this morning.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says the pursuit occurred after a Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Dodge Stratus at 385th and Whippoorwill Road. Adam Wayne Thomas, 32, was arrested for Eluding, Reckless Driving, Violate Rules of Fully Controlled Access Facility, Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle, Violation of Parole, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Conspire Intent Manufacture/Deliver Methamphetamine.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Jolene Gibbons, 44, of Council Bluffs, on Tuesday for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.
