(Cass Co.) A Council Bluffs woman was arrested on drug charges in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says Lisa Marie Sivard, 33, was arrested Tuesday for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense, and Possession of Adderall 1st Offense. Sivard was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on $1,000 bond.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Brady J. Murphy, 31, of Anita, on February 27th for OWI 1st Offense. Murphy was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
