(Harlan) A Carroll man was arrested on drug and other charges in Harlan.
The Harlan Police Department says Cody Duane Wills, 28, was arrested following a traffic stop on February 27th. Wills was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited acts, operating a non-registered vehicle, no proof of insurance and improper rear lamp.
Harlan Police also arrested Kimothy Recardo Jones, 50, Omaha, Nebraska, following a traffic stop on February 18th. Jones was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated and stopping on travelled part of highway.
