(Audubon) The Audubon Police Department arrested Zeth Lee Petersen, 24, of Audubon, on December 25th for Burglary 2nd and Theft 3rd Degree. Petersen was transported to the Audubon County Jail and held on a $12,000 cash bond.
In other activity, Audubon Police charged Scott Nathaniel Belew, 30, of Audubon on January 3rd with Driving Under Suspension. Belew was released on scene on promise to appear.
Payton Thomas Watzke, 35, of Audubon, was arrested on January 5th and charged with Possession of Stolen Property. Watzke was transported to the Audubon County Jail to appear before a magistrate.
