(Audubon) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office Reports four arrests.
Larry Phipps, 59, of Council Bluffs, was arrested December 14th on an outstanding warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd and Possession of Methamphetamine 2nd. While in booking, Phipps was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd. He was seen by the magistrate and held on a $15,000 bond.
Donald Paulsen, 84, of Kimballton, was arrested on December 17 for Operating While Intoxicated, Assault on Persons of Certain Occupation and Interference with Official Acts. He was seen by the magistrate and released on his own recognizance.
Jose Sorrosa, 30, of Audubon, was arrested on December 27 for Operating While Intoxicated, Open Container and No Valid Driver’s License. He was released on his own recognizance and will appear before the magistrate at a later date.
Jacob Sweeney, 27, of Audubon, was arrested on December 31 on an outstanding Violation of Parole warrant. After his arrest, he was also charged with Interference with Official Acts and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is currently being held in the Audubon County Jail on no bond.
