Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.

Jacey Carvel Higgins, 40, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested December 17^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,300.

Haley Christine Bressman, 25, of Glenwood, was arrested December 20^th on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $300.

Raymond Peter Jepsen Jr., 44, of Glenwood, was arrested December 20^th for Theft 3^rd and Interference with Official Acts. Bond was set at $2,300.
