Three arrests reported in Adair County

(Adair Co.) A Massena man was cited for drug and theft charges in Adair.

The Adair Police Department charged Shane Robert Seagler, 42, on December 16th with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft in the 5^th Degree. Seagler was cited and released from the Adair County Jail.

In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dixie Lou Hernandez, of Stuart, on December 16^th on a Union County warrant for Probation Violation. Hernandez was transported to a Union County Deputy’s custody.

The Sheriff’s Office cited Amber Mileena Parmenter, 20, of Creston, on December 16^th with Driving While Barred.
