(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports three arrests.
Phillip Michael Houston, 34, of Walnut, was arrested following a traffic stop on Monday. Houston was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Barred, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Christopher Michael Will, 48, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on Saturday. Will was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Abuse and Obstruction of Emergency Communication.
Alex Lee Pleis, 27, of Atlantic, was arrested Saturday on an active warrant. Pleis was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
