(Creston) A Greenfield man was arrested on a Union County warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. The Union County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Timothy John Davis was arrested at 1:55 this morning at the Law Enforcement Center. He was held on $5,000 bond.
In other activity, John Priest, of rural Afton, reported that sometime in the last few months someone entered his residence and took several tools and fishing items. His 1999 red Chevrolet Suburban (license plate HJ442) was also taken from the residence. The estimated value of the items taken is $8,650.
