(Audubon) The Audubon Police Department reports multiple arrests since October 16th.
Jeremy John Holzwart, 33, of Audubon, was arrested on October 16th for Domestic Abuse Causing Injury. Holzwart was taken to the Audubon County Jail to appear before a magistrate. The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
A 16-year-old juvenile from Audubon was arrested October 19th for Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. The juvenile was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center and held.
Two 14-year-olds and a 13-year-old from Audubon were charged on October 20th with Theft 5th Degree and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. All were charged and released to a parent.
Jeremiah Micah Jobe, 36, of Audubon, was arrested November 7th for Theft 3rd Degree and Interference with Official Acts. Jobe was transported to the Audubon County Jail to appear before a magistrate. The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
Five additional persons were charged and released on a promise to appear for Allowing Dogs to Run at Large. Four of the five were repeat offenders.
