(Atlantic) Two people were arrested on warrants in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Steven Robert Pedersen, 39, of Council Bluffs, on Monday on a Department of Corrections warrant for Parole Violation. Pedersen was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was held for pick up on no bond.
Brian Harold Eilts, 38, of Massena, was arrested Monday on a Cass County Sheriff’s Department warrant for Willful Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault. Eilts was held at the Cass County Jail on no bond.
In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a juvenile party in Griswold on November 6th. Upon investigation, Gavin Brett Fell-Nichols, 20, of Griswold, was arrested on a charge of Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors. Fell-Nichols was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance. Collin Jacob Clarken, 18, of Atlantic, was cited into court on a charge of Possessing Alcohol Underage. Two 17-year-old males, a 16-year-old female, and a 16-year-old male were cited into Juvenile Court on Possession of Alcohol Under 18 and were released to their parents.
Charles Theodor Shroyer, 41, of Atlantic, was arrested November 5th for Driving While Barred. Shroyer was taken to the Cass County Jail and transferred the following day to Guthrie County on their warrant.
