(Atlantic) Despite a first-round bye, Atlantic Head Football Coach Mike McDermott says they’re treating this week no differently than any other week.
Coach McDermott says they’re using the week off to build depth, get healthy, and treat practice like any other week. “It’s going to be a normal week although we will hold some guys out of practice to help get hem healthy,” explained McDermott. “The message to our backups is getting ready to go this is your week to get better. It’s going to help them in the future because a lot of these guys are underclassmen and this is their week to shine.”
