(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests and one citation.
Tamara Leigh Dryer, 32, of Harlan, was arrested September 29th on an active Shelby County warrant. Dryer was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with violation of a no contact order.
Zachary Thomas Scheffler, 34, of Harlan, was cited on October 2nd for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop.
Jennifer Lynn Clayton, 41, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on October 3rd. Clayton was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with operating while intoxicated and unsafe backing.
Troy Dakota Weelborg, 37, of Harlan, was arrested October 3rd on an active Shelby County warrant. Weelborg was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with violation of a no contact order.
Ronald Kevin Vincent, 24, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop on October 6th. Vincent was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with speed and driving while barred.
