(Audubon Co.) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests over the past month.
Joseph Jensen, age 36 of Exira, was arrested September 6th for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He was released on his own recognizance.
Mitchell Killion, age 38 of Orient, was arrested September 14th for Operating While Intoxicated- 1st. He was seen by the magistrate and was later released.
Peyton Busse, age 22 of Guthrie Center, was arrested September 18th for Operating While Intoxicated-1st. He was later released on his own recognizance.
Dennis Petersen, age 58 of Exira, was arrested September 24th on Violation of a No-Contact Order and Violation of Probation. He was sentenced on the Violation of Probation and was released several days later.
Tammy Henriksen, age 58 of Audubon, was arrested September 28th for aiding and abetting the Violation of a No-Contact Order. She was later released on her own recognizance.
Sylas Stangeland, age 22 of Harlan, was arrested on October 1st on an outstanding warrant for Burglary 3rd, Theft 2nd and Possession of Burglary Tools. The charges stem from a burglary investigation in Audubon County.
Scott Black, age 57 of Hamlin, was arrested October 2nd for Driving while Barred. He posted cash bond and was released.
Tyler Carter, age 29 of Exira, was arrested October 4th for Assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was seen by the magistrate and released on his own recognizance.
Scott Belew, age 29 of Audubon, was arrested October 5th for Trespass 1st and Theft 5th. He was summoned to appear before the magistrate and was released.
