(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department reports six arrests from September 1 to September 7.
*Police arrested 27-year old Dylan Russell of Atlantic on Monday for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, 2nd Offense, and Violation of a No-Contact Order, and a Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Police transported Russell to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.
*Police arrested 49-year old Christopher Provancha of Hancock, on Sunday, for a Controlled Substance Violation. Officers transported him to the Cass County Jal where he was booked in and released.
*Police arrested 34-year old Jessica Webb, of Humboldt, Iowa, on Friday, for 1st Degree Theft of a vehicle on a Dickenson County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a 2nd – degree Theft Charge. Officers transported Webb to the Cass County Jail where she was booked in and held.
*Police arrested 31-year old Justin Patton of Atlantic on Thursday on Cass County Warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana, 3rd or Subsequent Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officers transported Patton to the Cass County Jail where he was held.
*Police arrested 36-year old Adam Morris of Atlantic, on Tuesday, September 1, for Interference with Official Acts. Authorities transported Morris to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.
*Police arrested 21-year old Carl Soglin, of Atlantic on several warrants out of Kentucky. Officers transported him to the Cass County Jail where he was held.
