(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested an Omaha woman on theft and forgery charges, and arrested a Red Oak woman in a separate incident for assault.
Police arrested 22-year old Jade Jaylene Bogart of Omaha on Tuesday afternoon on a warrant for Theft/Forgery of a lottery ticket. Bogart was held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
In a separate incident, Police arrested 20-year old Tia McCardle of Red Oak for Domestic Abuse Assault. Authorities transported McCardle to the Montgomery County Jail. McCardle is being held on no bond.
