(Red Oak) Two people face numerous drug charges in Montgomery County.
Red Oak Police arrested 35-year old Erika Joann Driver and 34-year old Anthony David Smith, both from Red Oak on Saturday, at 2:21 p.m. at 406 North Highland Avenue in Red Oak.
Authorities charged Driver and Smith with On-Going Criminal Mischief, three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, three counts of Gathering Where a Controlled Substance is Distributed, and six counts of Child Endangerment. Officer’s slapped Smith with an additional charge of violating the drug tax stamp law.
Police transported Driver and Smith to the Montgomery County Jail where they were held on a $25,000 cash bond.
