(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Joshua Robert Kisler, 24, of Glenwood, was arrested Wednesday for Child Endangerment and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability. Bond was set at $2,000.
Samantha Jo Kisler, 20, of Glenwood, was arrested Wednesday for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Child Endangerment, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,300.
Larry Steven Hutchings, 47, of Emerson, was arrested Wednesday for Driving While Barred and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $4,000.
