Harlan Police Report

(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department arrested two men on warrants.

Brian William Messinger, 34, of Harlan, was arrested August 9th on an active warrant. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail.

Adam Paul Mason, 27, was arrested August 11th on an active Shelby County warrant. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
