Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

Calvin Leroy Preston, 41, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop at the one mile marker of Interstate 680 westbound on August 6^th. Preston was charged with Fugitive from Justice.

Joel Lary, 48, was arrested following a traffic stop on August 8^th at Highway 92 and Valley View. Lary was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Alejandra Rios, 25, was arrested on August 9^th after Deputies were called to an accident at mile marker 14 of I-80 eastbound. Rios was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Joseph Alan Sullivan, 27, was arrested following a traffic stop on August 9^th. Sullivan was charged with Driving While Barred and Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle.

Donald Liddick, 44, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on August 10^th on a warrant for Violation of Parole.

A 16-year-old female and two 17-year-old females were cited for Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 18 after Deputies were dispatched to a possible minor in possession party near Neola on August 9^th.
