Greenfield City Council taking sealed bids on a vacant lot

(Greenfield) The Greenfield City Council is taking sealed bids for a vacant lot located at 102 SW 3^rd.

Greenfield City Clerk Becky Haase said the Development Corporation a few years back purchased the lot with a house on it and gifted it to the City and the City took the house and garage down.

The Council wants the sealed bids back by September 4^th and then they will review them at the September 8^th meeting.
