Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

Ryan Douglas Neal, 31, of Orient, was arrested July 27^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Neal was released on his own recognizance.

Justin Carl Donaldson, 33, of Council Bluffs, was arrested July 27^th on a warrant for OWI 2^nd. Donaldson served the balance of his sentence and was released.

Michael Benjamin Crall, 39, of Orient, was arrested July 30^th for Domestic Assault – Bodily Injury. Crall was released on his own recognizance.

Troy Rollins Jr., 20, of Aurora, Colorado, was arrested July 31^st for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Rollins was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Savian Jerimy Fisher, 22, of New Orleans, Louisiana, was arrested July 31^st for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Fisher was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Stuart Police Department arrested Rex Allen Roberts, 52, of Blair, Nebraska, on July 26^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Harassment 1^st Degree and Theft 2^nd Degree. Roberts was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

The Department of Transportation arrested Samantha Lynn Bells, 30, of Grimes, on July 28^th for Possession with Intent to Deliver and Drug Tax Stamp Violation. Bells was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested Charles Augustus Elkin, 30, of Fishers, Indiana, on July 30^th for OWI 1^st Offense. Elkin was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
