(Tabor) Nebraska has added a football commit from southwest Iowa this weekend.
The Huskers have snagged Fremont-Mills senior to be Seth Malcom. The 6’3″ 185 pound running back and linebacker has received heavy recruiting attention over the last year. Last season he led the Knights with 1,645 rushing yards and 70.5 tackles. He’s a three year starter. Malcom posted the following statement on social media:
First off I would like to thank my parents and family for all they have done for me over the years. Next, I would like to thank all of the coaches that have made me who I am today. Without them I wouldn’t be much of a football player at all. Also, I would like to thank all of my teammates over the years for pushing me to be the best possible athlete I could become. Lastly, I would like to thank the Tabor community for all the support. With all of that being said I am officially 100% committed to the University of Nebraska.”
According to 247sports, Malcom is a three star recruit as an outside linebacker. He also held offers from Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State, and Boise State among others.
