Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests and citations.

Hallie Lyn Carroll, 30, was charged with Criminal Mischief 4^th after Deputies were dispatched to speak to a female party about her car being damaged while at a bar in Avoca on May 30^th.

Justin Carl Donaldson, 32, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 30^th for Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender and Violation of Probation.

Dustin Martin Thomas, 36, was arrested May 30^th for Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.

Andrew Michael Hasbrouck, 37, was arrested May 29^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation.

Tristan Galenlee Fast, 24, was arrested May 28^th in Macedonia on a hold for another Iowa agency.

Brandon Lee McKinley, 32, of Omaha, Nebraska, was charged on May 28^th with Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility.

Jospeh Edward Grimes, 33, was cited on May 31^st for Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.

Several minors were also charged with Possession/Purchase of Alcohol by a person underage after Deputies were dispatched to the 22000 block of Idlewood Road on May 30^th for a party with minors involved.
