(Harlan) Four separate traffic stops have resulted in four arrests in Shelby County. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrests of 32-year-old Tamara Leigh Dryer, 30-year-old Nicholas James Erisman, 29-year-old Jeffrey Daniel Gamblin, and 39-year-old Grabiel Garcia.
Dryer, of Harlan, was arrested along the 1300 block of Highway M47 for driving with a barred driver’s license and had an active outstanding warrant out of Pottawattamie County.
Erisman, of Council Bluffs, was arrested near the 500 block along Highway 59 for OWI 2nd Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Prohibited Acts, Driving While License Suspended, and Improper Registration Plate Lamp.
Gamblin faces charges of Driving While License Suspended, Failure to Provide Financial Liability, and Operating a Non-registered Vehicle.
Garcia, of Perry, was charged with Driving Under Suspension and had a nationwide parole violation warrant from the State of Iowa. Garcia is being held without bond pending transport and appearance with the Department of Corrections parole and probation services.
