(Red Oak) A Red Oak man is in custody on drug-related and harassment charges.
Red Oak Police arrested 25-year old Jeffrey Dewane Ott of Des Moines, on Sunday evening in the 300 blocks of E. Market Street. Ott faces charges of 3rd-degree harassment, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police transported Ott to the Montgomery County Jail. His bond is $1,000.00.
Police also arrested 22-year old Devon Lee Smith of Red Oak at that same location for 5th-degree criminal mischief. Authorities transported Smith to the Montgomery County Jail. His bond is $300.00.
