(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests and one citation.
John Anthony Wyatt, 51, of Harlan, was arrested February 18th following a call for service. Wyatt was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Assault.
Stephanie Marie Hampton, 41, of Harlan, was arrested February 18th on an active Shelby County warrant. Hampton was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Anthony Elwood Rikle, 50, of Harlan, was arrested February 27th following a call for service. Rikle was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
Joseph William Willemsen, 46, of Pella, was arrested February 27th on an active Marion County warrant. Willemsen was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Cynthia Hagar Blank-Pigeon, 55, of Harlan, was cited February 26th for Driving While Suspended following a traffic stop.
