(Council Bluffs) A Honey Creek man was arrested for Harassment 1st Degree, Harassment 3rd Degree and Assault with a Firearm.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says 75-year-old David Lynn Johannes was arrested Thursday after Deputies were called to a residence on Sumac Road for a disturbance. He was held on $4,300 bond.
In other activity, 21-year-old Michael Birkelbach, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Thursday for Fugitive from Justice.
Robert Frederickson Durham, 24, of Council Bluffs, an inmate at the jail, was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd for causing damage to items and property in the jail.
Jesse Lee Cody, 32, of Carson, was arrested Thursday for Fugitive from Justice.
Gage Michael Surita, 22, of Council Bluffs, was transported to the Pottawattamie County Jail Thursday to address a valid warrant out of Pottawattamie County.
Troy Matthew Frazier Jr., 35, of Council Bluffs, was transported from the Saunders County, Nebraska, Jail to the Pottawattamie County Jail to address a valid warrant for Escape from Custody.
Trinity Lae’Chele Dyer, 20, of Fremont, Nebraska, was transported from the Saunders County, Nebraska, Jail to the Pottawattamie County Jail to address a valid warrant for Burglary 3rd Degree.
