(Clarinda) A Villisca woman was arrested on a Page County warrant for Failure to Appear and Theft in the 5th Degree. The Page County Sheriff’s Office says 43-year-old Stephanie Briley was arrested Wednesday at the Sheriff’s Office. She was booked into the Page County Jail on $300 bond pending further court proceedings.
