(Council Bluffs) Eric Michael Wiig, 32, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Sunday after Deputies attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Madison Avenue. Wiig was charged with Eluding, Open Container, Reckless Driving and Theft 1st – Motor Vehicle Theft.
Andrew Michael Hasbrouck, 37, of Council Bluffs, was charged Friday with Harassment 3rd Degree. Hasbrouck, an inmate at the jail, had sent a message to the victim and that message was added to evidence in Hasbrouck’s case file. Hasbrouck was informed of the new charge and booked in on the additional charge.
Kathleen Marie Gerhardt, 45, of Oakland, was arrested Friday for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order – Contempt.
Mileka Scurlock, 35, was arrested Saturday for Willful Failure to Stop for Law Enforcement.
Shawn Michael Smith, 44, was arrested Saturday for Theft 5th – All Other Larceny – Under $300.
Abraham Ramos Dominguez, 28, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Sunday for Operating under the Influence 3rd or Subsequent Offense.
