(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Jason Fisher, 43, was arrested following a traffic stop on Monday. Fisher was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Darrell Jerome Boyer, 26, of Neola, was arrested Wednesday for Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender and Fugitive from Justice.
Brittany Savanna Nicole Hedges, 30, of Council Bluffs, turned herself in Wednesday on a warrant for Child Endangerment, Abandonment.
Joeli Mariene West, 25, of Council Bluffs, turned herself in this morning on a warrant for Harassment 3rd Degree – False Reports.
