Montgomery County Man arrested on Assault Charges

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested a Montgomery County man for assault.

Police arrested 35-year old Randon Daniel Phelps of Red Oak on Thursday in the 2400 block of N. 8th Street for Domestic Abuse Assault, 1st Offense, and Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police transported Phelps to the Montgomery County Jail where his is being held on no bond.
