(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Connecticut man on charges filed in Dallas County for Eluding and Reckless Driving. The Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Jeffrey Michael Hackett was arrested Tuesday and transported to the Dallas County Jail where he was released later that day on $2,393 bond.
