(Council Bluffs) Three people were arrested in separate incidents according to the latest Pottawattamie County arrest report.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year old Lamar Harris on Saturday morning for OWI after authorities received a report of a man passed out behind the wheel at Road L-4 and Interstate 880.
In other activity, on Thursday, 37-year old Joseph Daniel McNeal, of Council Bluffs, turned himself in on a Pottawattamie County warrant for Violation of a no-contact/protective order.
In another case on Thursday, 21-year old Alexis Stata Huffey of Omaha turned herself in on a warrant for violating her probation. She was booked into the Pottawattamie County Jail.
